Join me for a fun and relaxed day exploring the techniques of both needle felting and wet felting wool fibres into a two dimensional artistic creation. I'll be giving all the tips and tricks to manipulate the wool fibres and the basic skills you'll need to keep creating these felted works of art on your own. This workshop is suited to all skill levels, especially beginners! By the end of this workshop you will have a 5" x 7" needle felted piece and an 11" x 14" wet felted piece. All materials for this workshop are provided and included in the cost but please bring along the following: - an older large bath sized towel - plastic bag or container to take home your very wet bath towel. - a bagged lunch - optional: apron to keep fibres off your clothes - a pair of scissors - coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided Feel free to bring along some inspiration photos of your own or choose from a selection available here.
